Storage Limits & Fees:

Buzify offers a free base-level of digital storage. Users exceeding this threshold will incur additional storage fees, which will be clearly disclosed in advance. Users are responsible for reviewing usage and managing files. Failure to pay may result in limited access or deletion of content.

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

Code of Conduct:

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and potential legal action:

• Advertising of weapons, guns, or illegal substances
• Content or services related to prostitution or human trafficking
• Promotion of gangs, hate speech, violence, or terrorism
• Racism, sexism, derogatory content, or hate-based targeting
• Harassment or threats to other users or our staff

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or remove content at our discretion if violations occur.

Dispute Mediation:

While Buzify is not legally liable for disputes between users (e.g., artists and managers), we offer optional third-party mediation for an additional fee. If both parties agree, a mediator can assist in reviewing contracts and resolving issues amicably.

10.  Policy Updates

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If changes are material, we will notify users by email or through a site notice. Continued use after changes implies consent to the updated terms.
